Qualifications

• Board-certified ophthalmology with glaucoma subspecialty experience.
• Proven surgical outcomes for glaucoma and related procedures.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.
• Team player in a multidisciplinary ophthalmology setting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and stage glaucomatous diseases; determine medical, laser, or surgical needs.
• Perform pre- and post-operative assessments for glaucoma and cataract-glaucoma surgeries.
• Deliver longitudinal glaucoma care focusing on IOP, optic nerve health, and progression.
• Collaborate with surgeons, optometrists, technicians, and staff to ensure quality care.
