Job summary

Galanis Cataract & Laser Eye Center seeks a board-certified or eligible glaucoma surgeon, fellowship-trained, to join a well-established ophthalmology practice in Missouri. The incoming surgeon will build a busy glaucoma/anterior segment service with strong referral networks and modern diagnostic technology.

The position offers immediate clinical and surgical volume, a supportive team, and a pathway for long-term growth with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist with glaucoma fellowship.
• Strong clinical and surgical excellence in glaucoma care.
• Experience with MIGS and traditional glaucoma surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a busy glaucoma and anterior segment practice.
• Perform MIGS and glaucoma surgeries to meet patient demand.
• Collaborate with referring optometrists and ophthalmologists.
• Lead and mentor clinical staff and support services.
