Carle Health invites a fellowship-trained glaucoma surgeon to join our busy Ophthalmology practice in Champaign, Illinois. The role emphasizes high-volume glaucoma/MIGS surgeries and a collaborative, mentorship-rich environment.

The successful candidate will contribute to a two-year guaranteed base salary, with a 1:5 call schedule and a strong referral base, supported by state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications

• BC/BE glaucoma surgeon with strong medical and surgical skills.
• Motivated to develop a broad glaucoma practice and perform high-volume glaucoma/MIGS surgeries.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality glaucoma care and perform glaucoma/MIGS surgeries.
• Collaborate with a team of Ophthalmologists, Optometrists and staff.
• Participate in a high-volume glaucoma practice and on-call rotation (1:5).
