Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a glaucoma specialist to join the Marietta Eye Clinic, a physician-led ophthalmology network serving the Atlanta region since 1967. This 100% outpatient practice offers immediate patient demand and a strong referral network across two ambulatory surgery centers.

The role supports a busy volume with 10–20 surgical cases per week and 8–15 laser procedures weekly, plus dedicated staff and no hospital call. A collaborative culture invites growth and leadership involvement.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Completion of an accredited Glaucoma Fellowship required.
• Excellent surgical skills and commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Practice-building mindset with strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
• 2027 fellows and experienced glaucoma specialists encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide glaucoma surgery and laser procedures in a predominantly outpatient setting.
• Manage a high patient volume with a schedule including 10–20 surgeries per week and 8–15 laser procedures weekly.
• Collaborate with a dedicated support team across multiple surgery centers.
• No hospital call requirements; participate in physician-led care with leadership involvement.
