OCLI Vision in Bethpage, NY is seeking a trained, licensed, board certified/eligible Glaucoma Specialist to join our team. The role includes seeing patients, performing glaucoma procedures, and collaborating with a skilled office and surgical team.

We offer a competitive compensation package with base salary $300,000–$400,000, potential bonuses, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, and a clear path to partnership and ASC ownership after two years.

Qualifications

• Licensed ophthalmologist with board certification or eligibility.
• Experience in glaucoma preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Long Island, NY.

Responsibilities

• See patients and provide glaucoma care.
• Perform glaucoma-related procedures and surgeries as needed.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of ophthalmologists, technicians, and surgeons.
