The position offers a $20k sign-on, up to $10k relocation, and a strong base with production bonus targeting $500k+ annually. Clinic 3 days a week, surgery 2 days.

Ownership options and potential buy-in into the surgical hospital are available, with a supportive team and in-house amenities.

Responsibilities

• Clinic duties: 3 days a week with detailed schedule (Mon-Fri pattern, last patient at 3:30).
• Surgery: 2 days per week.
• Collaborate with a team of ophthalmologists and optometrists.
• Ownership option or investment opportunity in the practice or related hospital.
