Eye To Eye Careers in Kanawha City, WV, seeks a Glaucoma Ophthalmologist to join a team of 4 ophthalmologists and 6 optometrists in a long-established practice. This full- or part-time position offers a $20,000 sign-on, up to $10,000 relocation, and the potential to earn $500,000+ through base salary plus monthly production bonus, with ownership options.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, clinic 3 days a week and surgery 2 days, with reasonable call coverage and access to a modern

Responsibilities

• Manage glaucoma patients and provide comprehensive ophthalmic care.
• Clinic schedule: 3 days a week; Surgery 2 days a week.
• On-call hospital duties approximately 4 times a year (shared with 10+ doctors).
• Ownership available; option to buy into the surgical hospital.
