Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD/DO).
• Fellowship-trained in Glaucoma.
• Demonstrated surgical proficiency in cataract surgery with premium IOLs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive glaucoma surgery including MIGS, tube shunts, and laser therapy alongside cataract surgery with premium IOL options.
• Manage immediate patient volume from established referral base with no ramp-up.
• Collaborate with a leadership team of glaucoma experts to advance research and surgical innovation.
• Engage in mentorship and contribute to an ongoing research culture.
• Pursue equity partnership opportunities for the right candidate.
