Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a glassblower or trade preferred.
• Ability to work in a four-person production team.
• Tolerate exposure to heat, cold, and loud machinery.

Responsibilities

• Level 1 Color Dropper: pre-heat color rods, keep color box full, prepare color drop.
• Level 2 Overlayer: create start bubbles, overlay color on molten glass.
• Level 3 Mold Blower: shape and expand glass in mold process.
• Level 4 Timmer: transfer, trim, finish, and lead team to meet production pace.
