Job summary

Mygrant Glass is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on selecting, packing, and staging glass products for transfer and customer pick-up, using RFID technology and safe handling practices.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, inspecting for damage, maintaining accurate inventory, and operating material handling equipment. The position requires a high school diploma, forklift certification, and forklift/CMV-related qualifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Select incoming pick tickets using RFID technology to fulfill orders.
• Prepare, pack, scan, and stage products for transfer and customer pick-up/delivery.
• Receive, process, and store incoming auto glass shipments.
• Inspect shipments and document damages or shortages; initiate freight claims as needed.
• Verify contents against packing lists; ensure accurate deliveries.
• Verify vendor part numbers and stock numbers for incoming products.
• Prepare receiving reports and note shortages or damages; report discrepancies.
• Store products in correct bin locations; determine locations for incoming goods.
• Monitor stock counts against CORE inventory and report discrepancies.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment safely.
• Report safety or maintenance concerns promptly; maintain certifications.
