Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking an Install Helper to ensure proper installation of glass, mirrors, shelving and bath accessories. The role requires cutting, handling, and precise installation, with strong customer service and teamwork with the Crew Leader.

The position is full-time with overtime as needed and offers a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and insurance options. A valid driver’s license and construction experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalency required.
• Experience in the construction/ Carpentry industry is required.
• Prior glass work experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Loads and logs materials onto truck and documents returned materials.
• Able to read and erect shelving template as per job specifications.
• Drill and install all hardware accurately as per job specifications.
• Attach all necessary hardware correctly as per job specifications.
• Install bath accessories, erect custom shelving units and install mirrors.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
