Job summary

Thermotec Glass in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport materials from the manufacturing plant to various business addresses. This role involves loading, delivering, and confirming handoffs with customers and teams. Mon-Fri 6am–4pm with overtime, DOE pay.

Candidate must have a Class C license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience handling glass/mirrors. Strong communication and route-navigation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Class C Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of safely handling materials such as glass and mirrors.
• Familiarity with navigation systems to optimize routes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to load and unload cargo up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow best safety practices on the road and during loading/unloading a truck.
• Communicate with supervisor, drivers, and team to assist in deliveries and pickups.
• Follow delivery routes and meet delivery times.
• Perform basic truck maintenance and checklists.
• Obtain internal and external customer signatures for delivered materials.
