Job summary

Tucker Door and Trim is expanding its Window Production team and hiring Glass Line Operators. The role involves loading glass into the washer, applying spacers, and assembling Double-Insulated Glass Units.

Expect a day shift (6am-3pm), with competitive benefits and room to grow in a leading window and door manufacturer. Applicants should be able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch, communicate in English, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Read, write and communicate in English.
• Stand and stay on your feet throughout your shift.
• Follow Safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Carry and stack window components as needed.
• Wear steel-toed footwear during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Load glass into the washer.
• Apply internal glass spacers as required.
• Attach the spacer reel to construct a Double-Insulated Glass Unit.
• Carry and stack window components as needed.
