Job summary

Tucker Door & Trim is hiring Glass Line Operators to support our window production team. Responsibilities include loading glass into the washer, applying spacers, and assembling a double-insulated unit efficiently.

Position is day shift, 6am–3pm, Monday to Friday, in Monroe, GA. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k). Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a drug screen. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch.
• Read, write and communicate in English.
• Stand and stay on your feet throughout your shift.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Carry and stack window components as needed.
• Wear steel toe footwear during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Load glass into the washer and prepare spacers as needed to build a double-insulated unit.
• Move and position glass components safely within the line and assembly area.
• Maintain orderly work area and adhere to all safety procedures.

Job description

We are growing Again! We are adding Glass Line Operators to our Window Production Team. Our Glass Line Operators are responsible for loading glass into the washer, applying Internal Glass Spacers (if required) and the Spacer Reel to construct a Double-Insulated Glass Unit. At Tucker Door and Trim, we are an industry leader in providing complete window and door packages.

• $18/hr


• Day Shift, Monday to Friday


• 6am-3pm
