MY Shower Door in Orlando, FL is hiring a Glass Installation Technician to install custom frameless glass shower enclosures and deliver a flawless final touch on high-end renovations. You’ll work in a two-person team on-site, explain installations to customers, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools is preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic fractions.

About this position

MY Shower Door is seeking coachable, mechanically inclined individuals ready to transform trade skills into a specialized craft. As a Glass Installation Technician, you won’t just install luxury frameless shower doors—you'll deliver the final, most important touch on high-end home renovations. Whether you have hands‑on experience in tile, carpentry, drywall, or you're a quick learner with mechanical aptitude, we provide expert training and mentorship to launch your career.

What You’ll Do

• Install custom frameless glass shower enclosures with precision and care
• Work in a two‑person team to complete installations on‑site
• Engage respectfully with customers to explain the installation and answer questions
• Use a variety of tools including drills, levels, suction cups, and measuring tapes
• Safely lift and maneuver glass panels (up to 100 lbs)
• Apply caulking and ensure watertight, seamless finishes
• Maintain a clean and protected work area in customer homes
• Follow company safety and quality standards on every job

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Background in carpentry, tile, drywall, remodeling, plumbing, or general handyman work is a plus
