Job summary

Lippert Components is hiring for a full-time warehouse position in Goshen, Indiana. You will handle glass materials, operate pallet jacks, and use scan guns to track locations. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include honoring job cards, stocking inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Previous forklift or scan gun experience is helpful but not required, with on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• No formal education or experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Forklift, pallet jack, and scan gun experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read a tape measure preferred, but not required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Move material using electric pallet jack or pallet jack.
• Interpret job cards/schedules and select glass to transport to lines via pallet jack.
• Use scan guns to update locations of glass within the facility.
• Stock glass in warehouse and perform receiving put away as necessary.
• Post orders via scan gun.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the shift leader or production manager.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations.
