Job summary

Heritage Glass LLC in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Fabricator Technician. The role focuses on preparation and fabrication of glass frames in a shop setting, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork. Start at $20/hour, 7 am–3:30 pm, with heavy lifting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include reading fab sketches, fabricating frames, loading and transporting materials, and ensuring quality and safety on every project. Prior experience preferred, OSHA10 and driving duties required.

Qualifications

• Previous fabrication or construction experience preferred.
• Must read fab sketches, project drawings, and specs in English.
• OSHA10 and pre-employment screenings are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Read Fab Sketches to determine glass types and dimensions.
• Fabricate frames and align components with precision.
• Move and transport frames and glass safely within shop.
• Repair or replace damaged glass while maintaining integrity.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with PPE rules.
