Job summary

Heritage Glass LLC in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Fabricator Technician to support shop fabrication, cutting, replacing, transporting, and prepping glass frames. This hands-on role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and strict safety adherence under the Shop Foreman.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication or construction preferred.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the USA.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA10 and pre-employment screenings required.
• Ability to read and interpret fab sketches and drawings in English.

Responsibilities

• Read Fab Sketches and Specifications – interpret drawings and layouts.
• Fab Frames – fabricate frames with putty, adhesives, clips, or molding.
• Handle and Transport Materials Safely – load/unload frames and glass panels.
• Repair or Replace Damaged Glass – maintain integrity and appearance.
• Ensure Safety and Cleanliness – follow safety protocols and PPE usage.
