Job summary

Glaz Inc is looking for a Manufacturing Associate with glass experience to join their Santa Teresa, NM team. In this role, you will handle flat glass panes, operate fabrication machines, and ensure the quality of produced glass products.

Candidates must be able to lift over 75 pounds, read measurements accurately, and maintain a safe working environment. Benefits include health insurance, annual reviews, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Background Check/Drug Screen required.

Responsibilities

• Polish and finish glass products using various tools.
• Handle and organize glass panes onto machinery and racks.
• Fabricate glass panes based on customer specifications.
• Operate and maintain glass fabrication equipment.
• Inspect glass products for defects and sizing.

Skills

Ability to safely lift over 75 pounds

Ability to read a tape measure

Ability to stand for 8 hours

Competence in simple computer tasks

Effective communication in English

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
