Allied Glass, Eastern Iowa’s source for professional glass services, is hiring for a full-time role based in Waterloo/Cedar Falls within a 75 mile radius. Typical duties include measuring rough openings, fabricating aluminum window frames, cutting and installing glass, reading plans, and interfacing with customers and project managers.

Candidates need a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 80 lbs, and construction experience or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability for regular travel.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs.
• Construction or home-building experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Measure rough openings and read blueprints.
• Fabricate aluminum window frames and cut/install glass.
• Load/unload glass panels and carry up to 80 lbs.
• Interface with customers and project managers; adhere to safety protocols.
