Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions in Indianapolis is seeking a Machine Operator to operate single-side straight-line glass edging machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency while following detailed instructions.

The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude and experience with CNC/CMS or polishing equipment, is able to lift up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with assistance), and can stand for extended periods in a non-climate-controlled environment. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC, CMS, hand fabrication, or polish machines.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Operate single-side straight-line glass edging machine to polish glass and mirror edges.
• Inspect finished products for defects and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Read and accurately follow work instructions, labels, and picking lists.
• Maintain consistent production flow and meet daily output targets.
• Adhere to safety procedures and uphold quality standards in all tasks.
