Qualifications

• Experience in construction, trades, or labor is acceptable.
• Willing to learn a specialized skill.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of windows, glass systems, mirrors, shower enclosures, and storefronts.
• Measure, prep, and install materials with attention to detail.
• Load, unload, and stage materials for daily jobs.
• Safely handle and transport glass and construction materials.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Support experienced technicians on job sites.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Keep job sites clean and organized.
• Work alongside team to stay on schedule.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Cross-train across residential, commercial, shop work.
