Job summary

Under Canvas is seeking a Camp Facilities Supervisor for our Paradise Valley location near Livingston, MT. This full-time, seasonal, on-site role pays $21.00–$22.00 per hour and offers team housing for the season.

You will lead a Facilities Team to maintain tents, plumbing, power systems, and shared spaces, train staff, and coordinate repairs while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction. Preferred candidates will have at least one year of maintenance leadership in outdoor hospitality, and the

Qualifications

Minimum one year of leading facilities or maintenance teams.
Minimum two years of troubleshooting and performing maintenance tasks.
Knowledge in septic, plumbing, wood stoves, propane, gas, electric, and generators preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead with composure during inclement weather and fast-paced operations.
Engage professionally with guests, visitors, and team members.
Oversee day-to-day maintenance of tents, plumbing, water heaters, propane systems, and generators.
Set direction with the Facilities Team and manage scheduling and timecards.
Attend and lead regular camp-wide and team meetings.
