Job summary

Jobandtalent is seeking a GL Material Handler to support daily warehouse and production operations in Northampton. You will help move materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading trailers, performing counts, and assisting with general labor tasks to keep production on track. Overtime may be available as needed in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to accurately count products and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (Desirable).
• Forklift or pallet jack experience (Desirable).
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (Desirable).
• Attention to detail and accuracy (Desirable).
• Ability to adapt to different tasks and departments (Desirable).

GL Material Handler - Northampton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a GL Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Northampton. We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to support daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in every task.

Shift Patterns

• Sunday to Wednesday 6am to 4:30pm. Must have availability for Overtime when needed.

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for GL Material Handler
