• 10 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong GL background.
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting.
• Shareworks experience required.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close activities and assist with financial reporting.
• Support stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718.
• Support equity-related activities, including grant processing and vesting reconciliations.
• Collaborate with finance, payroll, and cross-functional teams on accounting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Assist with stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718.
• Support equity-related activities, including grant processing, vesting, and option exercise reconciliations.
• Partner with finance, payroll, and cross-functional teams on accounting initiatives and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong GL accounting background.
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting.
• Shareworks experience required.
