The ideal candidate has 3‑5 years of experience and will join a collaborative team in our Bridgewater, NJ office. Salary is competitive and ranges from $58,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience; negotiable for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional GIS experience.
• 2+ years of data management experience.
• ESRI ArcGIS Pro.
• SQL (Microsoft SQL Server).
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
• Familiarity with Python for automating GIS workflows.
• Experience with ESRI Roads and Highways.
• GISP preferred; ESRI ArcGIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• GIS Data Management & Spatial Analysis: Collect, process, and maintain spatial data with accuracy.
• GIS Data Management & Spatial Analysis: Perform geospatial analysis and geoprocessing for project goals.
• GIS Data Management & Spatial Analysis: Develop and maintain geospatial databases and metadata.
• GIS Data Management & Spatial Analysis: Produce maps and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Database Management: Maintain and update relational databases; integrate GIS data.
• Database Management: Query and analyze large datasets to identify trends.
• Database Management: Estimate time and level of effort for tasks.
• Database Management: Coordinate with project managers to deliver GIS support.
• Database Management: Document workflows and standards for consistency.
