Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years work experience.
• FME required, 3-GIS experience required.
• Telecommunications experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software.
• Advanced proficiency in GIS functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage processes effectively and apply expertise to complete work assignments.
• Participate in implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures.
