Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS or related field; 1–3 years experience, or 3–5 years experience in lieu of degree.
• GIS platform and IT systems knowledge; SQL, Python or other programming languages preferred.
• Good oral and written communications; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Apply GIS theories and software to produce complex maps and spatial products.
• Develop and execute custom spatial queries using geoprocessing tools, Python, and SQL.
• Lead division activities and provide technical guidance to GIS users.
• Ensure GIS data accuracy and quality per Operations Manual requirements.
• Assist other departments in analyzing GIS data and generating concise reports.
