Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager in Philadelphia, PA that will utilize leadership and GIS related skills to manage multiple projects, train support staff, and generate projects for their region.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and/or review the development of project tasks, such as geodatabase design, assessment of client workflows, and project data collection processes associated with GIS projects to ensure a positive project deliverable by means of client satisfaction and profits.
  • Perform project quality control measures, coordinate with clients for onsite tasks, assist with outside agency responses, and perform site visits during field collection projects, or on-call/on-site project tasks.
  • Develop project schedules, staff schedules, and communicate schedules to all budget managers.
  • Perform financial management, including invoice preparation, accounts receivable, and project profitability.
  • Manage multiple projects and workload with competing deadlines.
  • Prepare proposal scopes, project schedules, and change orders, as required.
  • Develops the skills and abilities of staff which are necessary for the successful execution of the work.
  • Utilize the company standard GIS procedures and participate in developing new/enhanced procedures.
  • Active involvement with marketing and business development.
  • Ensures compliance with and enforces company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • MS Geographic Information Systems, BS Geographic Information Science, Environmental Science, Geology, Geography.
  • Professional Geographic Information Systems (GISP).
  • 10+ years of GIS experience.
  • Experience with project management for PA & NJ Federal, State, County and Local Government clients required.
  • Deep knowledge of utilizing ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise for project deliverables required.
  • Specialized Experience in any of the Esri Extension should be noted in your response.
  • Esri App Builders Experience and ArcGIS Developer knowledge.
  • Esri Apps related to ArcGIS Field Maps, StoryMaps, Survey123, Workforce.
  • Experience with GPS Data Collection processes utilizing ArcGIS Apps.
  • Understanding of Regional Utility and Regulations.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
