Resource Options, Inc. in the New England region is seeking a GIS Project Manager to lead utility and enterprise GIS initiatives focused on ArcGIS Indoors and Digital Twin workflows.

You will guide projects from scoping to delivery, collaborate with GIS specialists, and drive data integration and enterprise mapping. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of GIS and project management experience, with strong communication and client management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of GIS experience with project management responsibilities.
• Experience with ArcGIS Indoors, including scoping, development, and implementation.
• Strong background working with utility, infrastructure, or asset-based data models.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with FME and/or Python scripting for GIS automation
• Understanding of Reality Capture, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), and BIM/CAD environments
• ArcGIS Pro Professional or Enterprise Administration certification
• Ability to lead presentations and contribute to business development efforts

Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually (depending on experience)
