Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of GIS experience with project management responsibilities.
  • Experience with ArcGIS Indoors, including scoping, development, and implementation.
  • Strong background working with utility, infrastructure, or asset-based data models.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leading GIS and Digital Twin projects from scoping through execution, with a focus on ArcGIS Indoors and vertical asset implementations
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborating with GIS specialists and technical teams on both vertical and horizontal GIS initiatives
  • Overseeing GIS data integration, including asset, utility, and infrastructure datasets
  • Supporting the development and implementation of enterprise GIS systems and web-based mapping solutions
  • Driving GIS automation efforts using FME and ESRI platforms
  • Supporting business development efforts, including proposal development and client engagement
  • Presenting project updates and participating in industry events and networking opportunities

Responsibilities:
  • Leading GIS and Digital Twin projects from scoping through execution, with a focus on ArcGIS Indoors and vertical asset implementations
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and web-based GIS applications
  • Familiarity with Digital Twin technologies and workflows
  • Experience with FME and/or Python scripting for GIS automation
  • Understanding of Reality Capture, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), and BIM/CAD environments
  • ArcGIS Pro Professional or Enterprise Administration certification
  • Ability to lead presentations and contribute to business development efforts

Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually (depending on experience)
