Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in engineering/high-voltage projects, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and SAP. PMP is preferred; travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience managing engineering or high-voltage equipment projects; GIS experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
• Demonstrated negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• PMP certification preferred; ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, define guidelines, and allocate tasks across functions.
• Provide constructive performance feedback for assigned team members.
• Develop project plans covering scope, financials, scheduling, and risk.
• Ensure project execution follows Hitachi Energy processes and best practices.
• Track progress and optimize resources to meet milestones.
• Coordinate product fabrication with internal partners and remote factories.
• Manage financials, including invoicing, cost control, and cash flow.
• Identify and act on project risks, opportunities, and lessons learned.
