Job summary

Stellar Professionals LLC in Raleigh, NC seeks a Mid-Level GIS Specialist to manage ArcGIS platforms, build interactive web mapping apps, and advance ADA/WCAG accessibility efforts. This is a 100% remote role serving enterprise environments.

You will administer AGOL for thousands of users, develop apps with Experience Builder, Survey123 and Field Maps, publish map services, and translate business needs into GIS workflows through collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with AGOL administration and web mapping.
• 5+ years ArcGIS Pro and enterprise administration.
• 3+ years Experience Builder, Survey123, and Field Maps.
• 3+ years Arcade and Python scripting.
• Bonus: SQL knowledge and ADA/WCAG accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain AGOL environments for thousands of users.
• Design and deploy apps with Experience Builder, Survey123 and Field Maps.
• Publish hosted and referenced map services across Enterprise and Cloud.
• Audit and implement WCAG-aligned accessibility updates for web GIS tools.
• Translate non-technical business needs into GIS tools and workflows.

Key Highlights & Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Administer and maintain enterprise ArcGIS Online (AGOL) environments for thousands of users.
• App Development: Design and deploy applications using Experience Builder , Survey123 , and Field Maps.
• Service Publishing: Publish hosted and referenced map image and feature services across Enterprise and Cloud environments.
• Web Accessibility (ADA/WCAG): Participate in working groups to audit web GIS tools and implement WCAG-aligned accessibility updates.
• Consulting & Analysis: Translate non-technical business requirements into functional GIS tools and workflows.
