Qualifications

• Experience in Land records administration, management, and documentation of pipeline systems.
• Experience interpreting land-related legal descriptions, plats, alignment sheets, and maps.
• Basic land title experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Review alignment maps to identify pipeline assets and ownership information.
• Categorize, organize, and file documentation consistently with alignment maps.
• Verify land database details including Grantor/Grantee information.

Skills
