Job summary

TekWissen is seeking a Quorum Land Analyst in Houston to handle entry and verification of document data, tying agreements to GIS parcels, and supporting alignment sheet reviews. Onsite, 12-month temporary assignment with a pay rate of $49.28/hr.

The role requires experience with land records, GIS software (ESRI), Google Earth, and Microsoft Office; strong analytical and confidentiality skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Land records administration, management and documentation of pipeline systems.
• Experience interpreting land-related legal descriptions, plats, alignment sheets and maps.
• Understanding basic terms in land agreements such as easements, permits, deeds, ordinances, and assignments.
• Basic land title experience is required.
• Experience with Quorum data products; On Demand Land preferred.
• Experience with Google Earth and GIS software (ESRI products).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Review alignment maps to identify pipeline assets and surface ownership information; categorize and file documentation; connect digital documents with parcel data.
• Review land database details to verify Grantor/Grantee information, recording data, and property descriptions; update land records as needed.
• Plot legal descriptions using deed plotting software and locate on GIS parcel data.
• Other duties as assigned.
