Job summary

Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) is seeking a GIS Developer to serve as the GIS SME and data manager for CFMO, supporting installations statewide. The role involves creating maps, dashboards, and web GIS solutions, with collaboration across MOARNG IT and environmental units.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in GIS/Geography or related field required.
Experience with GIS workflows for utility tracking, asset management, and facilities.
Knowledge of GIS data standards and DoD/Army NGA guidelines helpful.

Responsibilities

Produce maps and reports for decision making and facility analysis.
Design, implement, and maintain web maps, apps, and dashboards using ArcGIS Online/Portal.
Collect, process, query, and analyze GIS data statewide and store in CIP geodatabase.
Operate GIS/CAD software and GPS survey equipment.
Monitor data quality to ensure compliance with spatial data standards.
