RESPEC seeks an Associate GIS Consultant to join the DTS team in Roseville, MN. You will contribute as a strong independent GIS professional focused on data management, spatial analysis, and delivering GIS solutions using Esri tools. Master’s level GIS training is preferred and experience with asset management workflows is a plus.

You will collaborate with a GIS team, estimate efforts with PMs, and develop geospatial solutions while supporting client needs and learning new technologies quickly.

Formación

• Minimum BA/BS in GIS, Geography or equivalent educational background and experience
• 2+ years of professional GIS experience with increasing independence
• Advanced understanding of Esri tools: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online & Enterprise
• Experience conducting spatial analysis with vector/raster workflows and applying results
• Experience using Python for geospatial automation
• Arcade in ArcGIS Pro/Experience Builder/Dashboards/Web Maps
• Knowledge of geospatial data in PostgreSQL/PostGIS or SQL Server
• Understanding of open-source GIS tools to solve spatial problems

Responsabilidades

• Work in close collaboration as part of a GIS team to deliver complex geospatial solutions as requested
• Work with project managers and technical leads to estimate level of effort for upcoming work
• Develop GIS solutions as assigned
• Provide clear and concise task status updates on scrum calls
• Be polite and responsive to client requests
• Learn new technologies and concepts quickly
