Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. is seeking a GIS Configuration Specialist (BIM Modeler) to support the Hudson Tunnel Project.

You will configure GIS databases and BIM models for planning, design, and construction, ensuring alignment with BIM deliverables across project packages. The role requires 5+ years in BIM modeling and GIS configuration on large infrastructure, proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, Navisworks, and PMIS platforms, plus strong cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geomatics, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM modeling and GIS configuration for large infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with PMIS platforms and federal transportation project requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with federally funded transportation projects.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols for infrastructure data.

Responsabilités

• Provide application support for systems such as PMIS, Kahua, and other project platforms.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to enhance project delivery.
• Participate in functional group steering committee meetings with GDC and SEP teams.
• Maintain and track original documents, check print files, and superseded revisions related to GIS and BIM outputs.
• Support document management workflows and ensure compliance with GDC's file retention policies.
• Ensure all modeling and configuration activities comply with federal regulations and GDC standards.
• Contribute to internal audits and quality control reviews of geospatial and BIM data.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and accomplished GIS Configuration Specialist (BIM Modeler) for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). The busiest rail connection between New York, New Jersey, and the Northeast Corridor, the Hudson Tunnel Project will improve capacity, reliability, and resiliency of commuter and intercity rail transit serving 800,000 daily passengers from Washington, D.C. to New York and New England. The estimated starting salary for this position is $150k. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
