• Resource is located within a 90-mile radius of DOTD HQ or

Mandatory Expertise and Experience

Candidates must have expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas:

• ESRI's Suite of Desktop and Enterprise Software
  • Usage and development of Desktop software (ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro)
  • Deployment and implementation of ESRI's Enterprise for ArcGIS platform
    • Configuration and development of web applications
    • Publishing of web services

Desirable but Not Mandatory Skills

Experience in the following areas is desirable:

• Development and implementation of ESRI's Roads and Highways Linear Referencing System
• Leveraging Safe Software's FME Enterprise subscription
  • FME Form for workflow process development
  • FME Flow for automation of workflows
• Deployment of VertiGIS Studio to enhance ESRI's Enterprise for ArcGIS platform
• Deployment, development, configuration, and implementation of HPMS and SLD Manager software
