The Stafford Gray Group is seeking an experienced GIS Analyst to support multiple spatial applications for a public-sector client focused on environmental and natural resources. The role involves hands-on spatial work, SQL, .NET/JavaScript code, and advising developers on spatial design.

You will maintain web, client/server, and mobile GIS apps, build ArcGIS Online/Portal content, and ensure quality, milestones, and deadlines are met with unit and automated testing.

Competenze

• 4+ years in GIS, cartography, CADD, or related field.
• 4+ years developing UIs, menus, and macro-level commands with complex spatial analysis and reporting.
• 4+ years ArcGIS Online and Portal, including Experience Builder and Dashboards.
• 4+ years creating or maintaining geospatial basemaps, tile caches, imagery analysis.
• 4+ years advanced SQL: scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, SSIS, metadata management.
• 4+ years unit, system, regression, and automated testing.
• 2+ years C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, T-SQL, TypeScript.
• Power Apps experience.
• 1+ year ADA/accessibility knowledge.
• A bachelor's degree; foreign degrees accepted if evaluated as equivalent.

Mansioni

• Maintain and enhance GIS applications across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
• Build and manage ArcGIS Online/Portal content, including Experience Builder apps and dashboards.
• Create basemaps, tile caches, and perform imagery analysis.
• Write and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, SSIS packages; manage spatial databases and metadata.
• Plan and carry out unit, system, regression, and automated testing.
• Provide technical guidance to developers on spatial data needs and liaise with stakeholders and consultants.
• Assess new technology and recommend solutions to recurring problems.
