Job summary

MasterApp Labs LLC is seeking a GIS Application Developer in Lansing, MI, a hybrid role with in-office presence 2 days a week at start; on-site Wednesdays and Thursdays are required. This contract position requires hands-on GIS work, dashboards, and extensive ArcGIS development to build and maintain basemaps, tiles, and spatial data workflows.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in GIS, strong SQL, and proficiency across C#.NET/ASP.NET/HTML/JavaScript, plus ADA compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of GIS experience or related field.
• 4+ years crafting user interfaces, menus, and macro-level commands; ability to perform complex spatial analyses and generate client-specific reports.
• ArcGIS Online (AGOL) and Portal experience.
• Builder and Dashboard skills.
• 4+ years assisting in GIS development to create or maintain basemap information.
• Create basemaps and tile caches; imagery analysis.
• 4+ years advanced SQL skills including writing scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and SSIS; maintain spatial databases and metadata.
• 4+ years advanced testing experience (unit, system, regression, automated) to ensure product quality.
• 2+ years C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, T-SQL, TypeScript; Power Apps experience.
• ADA compliance knowledge (1+ year).
• Bachelor's degree required; foreign degrees evaluated as equivalent to U.S. bachelor's degree.
