Job summary

Colorado State University’s Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) seeks a GIS Analyst to support Fort Devens, MA, through the Army’s SRP and ITAM programs. Responsibilities include developing MIMs, conducting field data collection with GPS, and collaborating on SRP tasks while complying with SDSFIE and RCMP requirements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Geography, Cartography, GIS or Environmental Science.
• At least three years of work experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SRP GIS data for Fort Devens; ensure SDSFIE compliance.
• Provide geospatial analysis, cartographic products, and GIS support for ITAM and SRP.
• Perform data reporting, quality assurance, and produce Military Installation Maps (MIMs).
• Collect and validate geospatial data through field surveys and imagery.
