Job summary

SYNCADD Systems, Inc. is recruiting a GIS Analyst to support a GIS and Real Property reconciliation effort at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), Washington. The on-site role supports the DPW to maintain GIS data layers, maps and reports for Army Real Property compliance.

The ideal candidate will have geospatial knowledge, SDSFIE familiarity, and strong planning and communication skills, with experience in GPS field collection and SDSFIE 4.0 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master's degree in Geography or GIS.
• 1–4 years of ArcGIS experience.
• 1–4 years of GIS principles and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with team members and managers.
• Managing multiple efforts and data requests concurrently.
• Performing Real Property GIS data development and maintenance support.
• Conducting data quality control checks and standardization to SDSFIE.
• Ensuring attribute and metadata development meet Army and JBLM standards.
• Fulfilling requests for organizational geospatial data.
• Performing enterprise GIS data maintenance.
• Conducting Real Property and GIS data reconciliation.
• Performing field data collection.
