What You Will Do:

GeoDecisions, a division of GFT, is currently seeking applicants interested in joining the team as a GIS Analyst at our Miami, FL office on a hybrid-remote basis, reporting 3 days per week onsite.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate on projects that enhance data management and provide actionable insights for diverse clients, transforming how organizations use data to meet their goals. What you'll be challenged to do:

This is an excellent opportunity to join and enhance a diverse team working on exciting geospatial data analytics, data visualization, and automated decision support projects across various industries nationwide.

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implement GIS applications and toolsets, including ArcGIS Online and Enterprise.
  • Configure Esri Web App Builder/Experience Builder for custom solutions.
  • Develop dashboards for data analysis and situational awareness.
  • Deploy and configure field collection apps (Survey123, FieldMaps, Quick Capture).
  • Automate processes and data workflows through scripting and participate in client meetings to demo tools.
Education | Experience:

What you'll bring to our firm:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Geography, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience with the ESRI suite of software, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, configuration of ArcGIS Solutions, and customization of Survey123, Field Maps, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcGIS Web App Builder or ArcGIS Experience Builder.
  • Client-focused and service-oriented.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
What we prefer you bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in GIS.
  • Prior experience with ArcMap, Collector, and AGOL, configuration of Esri Web App Builder/Experience Builder.
  • Experience with configuration and deployment of field collection apps (Survey123, FieldMaps, Quick Capture).
  • Experience with dashboard development for data analysis and situational awareness.
  • Experience working in the Transportation or Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $85,000. Salary depends on experience and geographic location.
