Qualifications

• MPCS staff preferred.
• Knowledge and background in assigned sport.
• Previous coaching experience in assigned sport is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, coordinates, and promotes the athletic program.
• Provides effective leadership for a positive learning environment.
• Develops a practice schedule for individual and team development.
• Assesses player's skills and assigns team positions.
• Monitors academic performance to ensure eligibility.
