HIGHLIGHTS

NorthPointe Christian is seeking a Girls Varsity Basketball Head Coach, beginning November 19, 2025.

PROGRAM OVERSIGHT

Varsity Coaches will provide general athletic and spiritual oversight of their entire program, including sub-varsity, middle school, and youth programs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Spiritual Development – oversee the spiritual growth of the team and program.
• Recruiting and evaluating sub-varsity and middle school coaches.
• Player development in coordination with the Athletic Director.
• Organizing youth camps and clinics, with approval from the AD.
• Overseeing out-of-season training and compliance.
• Managing equipment and uniform inventory.
• Handling keys and security for the program.
• Managing the program budget.
• Maintaining an accurate roster and up-to-date records.
