Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance player performance.
• Provide mentorship and support to players, fostering their physical, mental, and emotional development.
• Analyze opponents and develop game plans to maximize team performance.
• Lead meetings and practices when requested by the head coach.
• Collaborate with head coach and staff to ensure cohesive team operations.
• Assist with player selection and ensure adherence to team rules and policies.
• Maintain open communication with players, staff, and families.
• Track and analyze team/player performance metrics; implement improvements.
• Assist in managing the team's schedule, practices, games, and travel; ensure DIAA compliance.
