Responsibilities

• Coaches individual participants in the softball skills needed for excellence.
• Helps maintain attendance forms, insurance records, and related paperwork.
• Oversees safety conditions of the facilities during practice and events.
• Establishes performance criteria for eligibility in interscholastic competition.
• Enforces discipline and sportsmanship; sets penalties for breaches of standards.
• Adheres to DIAA rules and Seaford School District policies.
• Represents the school and district in an ethical and professional manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
