Bishop O’Dowd High School in Oakland, CA seeks a part-time Girls Soccer Assistant Coach to support the varsity and junior varsity program. You will help implement training plans, run practices, and foster a positive, faith-based environment aligned with the school’s mission.
You will collaborate with the Athletic Director and coaching staff, mentor student-athletes, teach sportsmanship, safety, and teamwork, and assist with schedules and game preparation while accommodating after-school hours

The Soccer Assistant Coach assists with all aspects of the Bishop O’Dowd High School Soccer program to ensure the highest quality of spiritual, social, physical and intellectual growth for every Soccer student-athlete participating in the program. The Soccer Assistant Coach assists all phases of Soccer skill development while ensuring the implementation of the school’s mission and core values.
The Soccer Assistant Coach reports directly to the Varsity Soccer Head Coach.
The Soccer Assistant Coach is hired, supervised, and evaluated by the Director of Athletics in consultation with the Principal.
