Qualifications

• High school diploma, knowledge of the sport and rules, experience as a participant preferred, documented record of success in handling high school age student/athletes preferred.
• Experience coaching softball at the high school (or higher) level preferred.
• Must be able to communicate with athletes, coaches, and parents.

ASSIGNMENT/RESPONSIBILITY:

We need a coach who can lead the girls JV softball program for next season. This person needs to be able to prepare the team members socially, mentally and physically in order to meet the challenges of being a student athlete. Support the entire program and create excitement for the girls' program.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma, knowledge of the sport and rules, experience as a participant preferred, documented record of success in handling high school age student/athletes preferred. Experience coaching softball at the high school (or higher) level preferred. The individual being sought must possess strong personal ethics, be a positive professional role model, and demand from athletes a high standard of conduct and discipline. Must be able to communicate with athletes, coaches, and parents.
