A local soccer organization is seeking a Girls Competitive Program Coordinator to oversee the club’s developmental program for girls in all competitive levels. This role involves coaching, player development, and management of all coaches within the competitive pathway. The ideal candidate will have experience in youth development, strong leadership abilities, and a USSF 'B' License. The position is full-time and requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Lead, manage, and support all coaches within the Girls Competitive pathway.
• Oversee player development across all Girls Competitive teams.

• Work closely with the Programs Director for accurate team rostering.
